Having in deficit on iron ore does not hinder domestic producers from export; it assists domestic companies reducing risk by expanding into different regions, enlarging customer bases.

Tygem has close links and relations on marketing with a Magnetite ore and concentrates producer.

Magnetite ore can be lumpy (+15 mm ) with min 62%Fe content.

Also %58-60 Fe containing magnetite concentrates with -15 mm size is available.

High grade (>65%Fe) and micronized (-75 microns) Magnetite Concentrates finds uses in different industries in addition to steel industry.

This quality of magnetite concentrates are produced and distributed domestically by few producers.

Tygem will be active in providing such higher quality Magnetite Concentrates to domestic and overseas consumers as bulk or as packaged.

Quantity available is about 200,000 mts a year.
